In this week’s Bob Long Sports Radio Show, Bob Long and Chris Pierangeli discussed the verdict in the Jerry Sandusky case (Start-10:50), interviewed Ryan Beckler from Onward State who had been following the case from Bellefonte for the past three weeks (10:50-29:41), and recapped the interview with an eye towards the future of litigation involving Penn State University (29:41-45:10). We then interviewed Ryan Hogan of The Runner’s High Podcast discussing the Olympic Track and Field Trials in Eugene, Oregon (29:41-1:02:00). After the break, we were joined by Kevin McClernand of BLS, who previewed Wimbledon, the NBA Draft, and wrapped up the NBA season with his thoughts on the Heat’s victory (1:04:45-1:23:10). We then discussed the possibility of a new 4-team college football playoff on the eve of the BCS Presidential Oversight Committee day-long meeting on Tuesday, and debated the impact that this change would have (1:23:10-1:35:50). We closed the show with an interview with Patrick Woo of Comradio at Penn State on the proposed college football playoff (1:35:50-Finish).
