In this week’s Nittany Lion Sports Report, we discussed Penn State Basketball after Monday’s postseason press conference with Coach Chambers. We analyzed the possibility of Coach Chambers running players out of the program, his statement that the team will have the “best backcourt in the country” next season, and the outlook for next year’s team (Start-20:46). Next, we interviewed Andrew Church, a member of the National Championship Penn State Wrestling team (23:00-33:20), discussed the wrestling program at Penn State after the interview (33:20-37:30), and previewed the Penn State Lady Lions second round NCAA Tournament game against LSU and what an opportunity to play Connecticut in the Sweet 16 would mean for the program (37:00-47:00). Finally, we talked Penn State football, including the first few months of Coach Bill O’Brien’s tenure, the recruiting successes in his first few months, the current recruitment of Danny O’Brien, and the quarterback situation that the program is facing right now (47:00-Finish).
