In this week’s Bob Long Sports Radio Show, we focused exclusively on the MLB Playoffs. We began with a discussion of the Philadelphia Phillies vs. St. Louis Cardinals series, including a great debate about Cliff Lee’s shaky Game 2 performance and what that means for his postseason reputation (Start-24:55). Then we hit the Milwaukee Brewers vs. Arizona Diamondbacks series, highlighting the dominance of the Brewers through the first 2 games of the series (24:55-38:40). Eric from Philadelphia called in with his thoughts on our MLB discussions, specifically the Phillies, and he peaked our interest on a few issues which we then analyzed (38:40-56:30). Next, we got into the action-packed segment of the show. We interviewed Phillies Color Commentator Chris Wheeler (58:05-1:10:45) and Fox Sports Wisconsin Brewers Reporter Mark Concannon (1:10:45-1:34:35). We recapped both of those interviews (1:34:35-1:43:30) and then finished the show with more discussions on the AL series and the magnitude of several moments in each of those series (1:43:50-Finish).
