In this week’s Nittany Lion Sports Report, we analyzed the Penn State vs. Eastern Michigan game. We put this game and the entire non-conference schedule thus far for the Nittany Lions into perspective (Start-6:00). Next, we analyzed the fluid 2-quarterback situation, then played and analyzed a clip from Joe Paterno that may shed some light on which quarterback will be the eventual full-time starter (6:00-24:12). We talked about the two big injuries on the defense last weekend, and gave our thoughts on how Penn State can begin to replace the talent and leadership that was lost with Mauti and Lynn’s injuries [with a great discussion about Penn State players in the NFL] (24:12-44:10). We gave the Big Ten our non-conference grades in the Mid-Season Report (46:10-51:10), and then previewed the contenders in the Big Ten and the big games this weekend as the teams enter conference play (51:10-Finish).
